Part Time Shop Assistant at Pump Street Bakery
You will be hands-on, taking pride in serving customers throughout the day in the shop and/or waiting on tables. A keen interest in food and hospitality is essential. Café team members must enjoy interacting with customers and be enthusiastic to learn about our bread and the food we serve and communicate their knowledge with customers.
Successful candidates will have a proven record of being hardworking and responsible in previous jobs. Ability to work under pressure is essential. No experience necessary as such, though retail or hospitality experience is beneficial.

23.5 hours per week
8.30am to 3pm Mon, Wed and Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm Tuesday (38 working weeks + 28 days annual leave during school holidays)
Orford Shrimps Committee is looking for a highly motivated candidate to work with them to take Shrimps from Good to Outstanding.
Candidate must have a full and relevant recognized childcare qualification as defined by National College of Teaching and Learning for Level 3 or equivalent or above, or another qualification acceptable to OFSTED. Candidate must have at least two years’ experience of working with children two to five years old in a group setting.
Orford Shrimps playgroup currently has 17 children on roll from Orford and the surrounding area between the ages of 2 and 5.
